Update to Cap Canyon Trail Rating

In my earlier post I mentioned that the Cap Canyon hike was rated as easy/moderate…..but be advised there are several stairs. Thought I’d post this as a “heads up” so that we can all be prepared.

March 6 Capilano Canyon

This Friday’s Trek is the Capilano Canyon, approaching from the south. We’ll meet at the eastern end of Keith Road in West Van. (under the Hwy.1 overpass) by 9:15, then we’ll head up towards Cleveland Dam.

Remember, we are no longer allowed to take cash – please ensure you purchase a 5 punch pass or FlexPass from the Delbrook Recreation Center. Otherwise, your annual fitness pass is also accepted.

This is an easy to moderate hike with slight elevation gain. Your leaders will be Femina, Tracy and Bernie. The hike starts at 9:30…see you Friday!
